All orders will be shipped within a couple of working days of your order- if this is not possible I will contact you directly

All parcels will be sent gift wrapped, if you would like your items to be separately packaged or sent with a message please send us a message.

All parcels will be sent tracked.
Receiver will be responsible for all import duties and taxes, if you would like me to sort these for you please send a message before you order.

Please message me before placing an order for the UK or Europe, we can process the order via ETSY instead so you won’t be hit by tarrifs on entry. I will not ship orders to the UK or Europe without the duty being pre paid.

Gift wrapping will vary but it will always be lovely.

If you are unable to attend our workshops for any reason, if you can let us know 10 days before the workshop we will offer you a full refund.

if you need to cancel feweer than 10 days before the workshop we will not be able to offer you a refund (unless we can on sell the place, in which case we can offer you a 90% refund) but we will offer to rebook you on the next relevant course with the same tutor.

This re-book will only be offered once. If you are unable to attend without giving us enough notice to sell your place a second time we will not be re-booking or refunding out of respect for our tutors time and preparation.
